To the right of the hall a glazed door leads to the well equipped kitchen/diner (28m²) with attractive log burning stove, dual fuel range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, kettle, toaster, coffee perculator, iron and ironing board. 

Plentiful supply of pots, pans and cooking utensils and large supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware. 

Off the kitchen a doorway leads into the spacious oak beamed lounge (36m²) with English satellite TV, VCR and DVD player and open fireplace.  

In the lounge a stunning oak spiral staircase rises to the first floor, three spacious bedrooms (twin @ 10m², triple @ 10m² and queen @ 18m²) and a family bathroom (7m²) with shower over bath, wc and wash basin.

 Another door returns you back into the hall (with access outside). 

Outside is a secluded large decked terrace, with table and chairs, private swimming pool (6m x 4m), and sun loungers.  This idyllic setting is the perfect place to spend balmy evenings dining alfresco entertaining friends.
