Weekly rentals only and flexibile with changeover days.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
Final balance with a breakages deposit of £300 payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels for outside.
If a linen change is required mid-stay an additional charge of €20 per person will be required.
We have a No Smoking policy in the house.
